In-game description:
- It all started near Sato when a group of local miners figured out how to turn drilling into an even more lucrative business. You just had to find the right sort of shady client. Nowadays, the area is notorious for its countless smuggling routes and pockets - riddling "Smugglers' Wheel" with holes like a Solean dairy product.
